In order to offer complementary services to the community, it is mandatory to fill out a registration form.

There are (2) separate forms below. One titled (Community Leader) this is for organizations to apply to receive complimentary cut vouchers. And the other titled, (Individual Redemption) for individuals to click and redeem their free cut!

If you are an individual who is looking to receive a FREE CUT you would simply click INDIVIDUAL REMEPTION and complete that form. Services will be provided on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 am - 6 pm. It is our joy serving the community and we look forward to serving you soon.
